- Any discrepancy between the name of the reservation holder and the name of the card holder will automatically cancel the reservation;

- Cancellation period of up to 7 days before the check-in date. After this date, the equivalent of one night's stay per apartment will be charged as a fine;

- We do not accept virtual cards as a form of payment because they have a limited validity period, so when we try to process the payment, the period may have expired;

- We do not accept checks;

- For payment methods by credit or debit card registered on the website, please note that the card will be processed for payment in the week of check-in;

- We accept all credit and debit cards, Pix and bank transfers.
- CHD Policy states that 01 (one) child up to 6 years old will have free accommodation, as long as they are accommodated in a crib (subject to availability) or in the same bed as their parents;

- As per the guidelines of the Children and Youth Prosecutor's Office and in accordance with Article 250 of the Statute of Children and Adolescents, we will only accommodate minors accompanied by their parents and a birth certificate. If hosted by third parties, we will only accommodate the minor upon presentation of an official document authenticated by a notary with a recognized signature, which allows the transfer of responsibility;

- Reservations made on other portals or with agencies cannot be changed or adjusted by our Reservations Center. If the guest finds any discrepancy or wants to make a change to their reservation, they must make the change directly on the portal where they made the purchase or contact the responsible agency.
- Apartment availability subject to change without prior notice;

- Rates subject to adjustment without prior notice, honoring reservations already confirmed;

- Rates include breakfast, provided it is served from 6:30 am to 10:00 am at the location indicated at reception.
At the airport itself, there are both companies that provide transfer services and separate options, such as taxis, private transport apps or car rental companies. The hotels do not offer transfer services.
For every 10 (ten) nights booked on our website, the 11th (eleventh) is completely free, as long as the stays have been accumulated in the current year and in a single hotel. The program is only valid for companies.
All hotels have check-in at 3:00 pm and check-out at 12:00 pm.
Guests are only allowed to stay in the common areas and at the hotel reception.
Our restaurants are located in the hotels Nord Luxxor Tambaú (Tamarindo Restaurant), Nord Luxxor Cabo Branco (Kaiak Gourmet), Nord Luxxor Juazeiro (Cambuí Restaurant) and Nord Easy Patos (Colina do Baião Restaurant).
All hotels have parking, all of which are paid and rotating, subject to availability.
The superior category hotels Nord Luxxor Tambaú, Nord Luxxor Cabo Branco and Nord Luxxor Juazeiro (outsourced service) and the economy category hotel Nord Easy Patos have a gym.
Only Nord Easy Green Sunset is a pet-friendly hotel, with accommodation for small pets (up to 10 kg). For more information, please consult the Pet Accommodation Policies with our Reservations Center.
All hotels have free Wi-Fi Internet available in all rooms and accommodations for guests.
