- Apartment availability is subject to change without prior notice;

- Rates are subject to adjustment without prior notice, and reservations already confirmed will be honored;

- Any discrepancy between the name of the reservation holder and the name of the card holder will result in automatic cancellation of the reservation;

- Cancellation period of up to 7 days before the check-in date. After this date, the equivalent of one night's stay per apartment will be charged as a fine;

- Check-in is at 3:00 p.m. and check-out is by 12:00 p.m.;

- You will need to present your identification document at check-in;

- Rates include breakfast, provided it is served from 6:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. at the location indicated at reception;

- We accept pets, as long as they are small (up to 10 kg) and are always accompanied by their owners. Depending on the size, up to 02 (two) pets are allowed per apartment. A fee of R$ 30 (BRL) per day and per pet is charged. In addition, guests must be aware of the Pet Accommodation Policies, which can be consulted with our Reservations Center;

- Rotating parking with a fee of R$20 (BRL) per day, subject to availability. In addition, a symbolic fee will also be charged for reservations paid in installments;

- We do not accept checks;

- We accept all credit and debit cards, Pix and bank transfers;

- We do not accept virtual cards as a form of payment because they have a limited validity period, so when we try to process the payment, the period may have expired;

- CHD Policy states that 01 (one) child up to 06 years old will have free accommodation, as long as they are accommodated in a crib (subject to availability) or in the same bed as their parents;

- As per the guidelines of the Children and Youth Prosecutor's Office and in accordance with Article 250 of the Child and Adolescent Statute, we will only accommodate minors accompanied by their parents and a birth certificate. If hosted by third parties, we will only accommodate the minor upon presentation of an official document authenticated by a notary with a notarized signature, which allows the transfer of responsibility;

- Rates will be charged according to the country's current currency (BRL);

- For payment by credit or debit card registered on the website, please note that the card will be processed for payment the week of check-in;

- For payment directly at the hotel, please note that full payment for the daily rate must be made at the time of check-in. Reservations are valid until 6:00 p.m. (after this time, the reservation may be canceled).
